Introduction and Acceptance

  1. The Quest is a skill-based game. Success depends on knowledge, research, and strategy — not luck or chance.
      
  2. We cannot guarantee the Quest will always meet your expectations or be free of errors.
      
  3. We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect once posted on the website. Continuing to play means you accept the updated Terms.
      
  4. If you disagree with these Terms, do not register or play. Breaking the Terms may lead to disqualification, loss of access, or legal action — without refund.
      
  5. Please check these Terms regularly for updates.
      
  6. You agree to follow all rules and understand there are no guarantees of winning or prize availability. 
       
  7. We cannot guarantee the Quest will meet all expectations or be error-free.

Eligibility and Registration

  1. Only U.S. residents and territories may participate. If your local laws prohibit such contests, you cannot join.

  2. You must be 18 or older to play.

  3. By registering, you confirm you meet this age requirement and can enter a binding contract.

  4. Employees, contractors, representatives, and their immediate families/households are not eligible.

  5. To join and qualify for rewards, you must:
    – Register on our website
    – Provide accurate required information
    – P    ay the $25 non-refundable fee using approved payment methods

  6. One account per person only. Multiple accounts, false information, or attempts to bypass rules may lead to disqualification, prize loss, and possible legal action.

  7. By registering, you agree to receive updates and notifications (per your selection).

Game Rules and Structure

  1. The Quest has 5 phases, each with 50 questions — 250 in total, celebrating America’s 250th anniversary.

  2. Phase 1 is open to all. Each next phase unlocks only when at least one player finishes the previous phase with all correct answers.

  3. New phase unlocks shall be published on the website and players will be notified by email.

  4. You can play at your own pace, but to win you must finish all questions in order, phase by phase.

  5. Answers are submitted online only. Each correct answer triggers a confirmation (email or SMS) with the next step.

  6. All submissions are timestamped by the system. These timestamps are final and binding for tracking progress and winners.

  7. The Quest continues until someone completes all questions or we end it (for example, due to technical issues).

  8. We may change, delay, or cancel the Quest if needed. If canceled, we’ll issue refunds minus processing fees
